Strategic Why

Fronnt’s acquisition marks another chapter in a rapid roll-up, pushing the group’s combined turnover beyond €110 million and growing its workforce to more than 400. The addition of Electro Zwijsen—alongside Induzz3 and Verwarming Erens—expands Fronnt’s reach in EV solutions, automation, and integrated technical services, further differentiating the platform in the Benelux multitechnics landscape.

By integrating Electro Zwijsen, Fronnt unlocks strong synergies: established client relationships, sectoral expertise, and the agility to accelerate decarbonisation and complex turnkey projects across Belgium. The move underscores both Gimv’s and Tilleghem’s strategy to build a champion for integrated, entrepreneurial technical services in a fast-changing market
